Rev. Robin VeltKamp lives in Newaygo, MI, and has served in ministry in various positions throughout her life. Robin married Wayne VeltKamp in January 1981, and together have faithfully served in various church ministries.

Robin has served on two short-term mission trips. As a teen she served at Brainard Indian School (South Dakota) for a month, and with her daughter served with a 10-day team in Haiti in 2011 as they conducted a VBS for orphaned children and helped build a home orphanage.

Robin felt the call to study for ordained ministry and was installed in September 2012. Since her ordination, she has served as Senior Pastor in Munising, MI, Assistant Pastor in Burton, MI, and Senior Pastor in Remus, MI. She retired in May 2022 but still serves in ministry in various areas as needed. Wayne and Robin love participating in ministry at Beaver Island which began with their first visit in August 2018. Robin has served at the Beaver Island Christian Church in the annual VBS program for three years.

Wayne and Robin have four children and eight grandchildren.  Their life goal is to serve the Lord in the area needed and to work toward kingdom-building as they share their love and testimony with those they meet.
