Pastor Pete Harris has spent the past 34 years ministering to United Methodist congregations is southern Michigan. He is currently beginning his 12^th year at Sharon UMC – a rural congregation located just outside of Manchester, Michigan. Pastor Harris met and married his wife of 36 years, Jan,  while in seminary in Dallas, Texas.  They have 3 grown and married children, and 7 grandchildren.

Pastor Pete has traveled on mission trips to Zimbabwe and twice to Haiti. Both Pastor Pete and Jan love traveling to see grandchildren, as well as returning to Texas to visit family.
